Corner weight, castor, camber and tow in done.
Final with driver were
LF 299 RF 272
LR 358 RR 332
630KG cross at 50%
45.3/55.7 f-r split = -1 wedge rear bite 26
I then used https://robrobinette.com/corner_weight_calc.htm to see what the optimal was
LF 298 RF 273
LR 359 LR331
633KG cross at 50%
45.3/55.7 f-r split = + 5 wedge rear bite 29
So I'm pretty close to as best I can get. Running 5 degree castor, 3 degree - camber and 2mm - tow.
Time to load up!

I forgot to add its been 7 months and 16000 + views since I started this topic. Thanks to everyone for their encouragement.
The fun begins this weekend. Group of mates camping out enjoying some motorsport and having fun. Im relaxed in that I know Ive done a good job, but nervous as to the new experience.

Matt, it's been great to follow you on this rebuild/journey/development. And look forward to hearing the results as well. If I didn't have other commitments , I would come and have a watch and listen (full noise v8's are just pure music).
Great progress with the cage, motor, box and everything in between.
And to echo lovehamr, vids please.

Spook it's the Qld Sports Car Championship meeting at QR on May 20/21.
Are you eligible to compete in that?

I'll do some research on that Don. The car is in the process of being cams log booked which has turned out to be a really frustrating process. I want to do the entire A series to get some quality seat time and learn a few things before competing in such events to ensure the car and I are up to it! Lol

Here you go fellas. Took me a while to upload.
So, I know it may be hard to believe BUT I FINALLY did a full weekend of motorsport without essentially putting a spanner on the car to address an issue. It ran strong all weekend. Engine felt strong, gearbox was perfect and the diff ran smooth. The roof and cage feel great and about the only thing I’ll change/add is a bit of duct to blow some air on my face as it can get a bit fumie.
Getting in and out was surprising easy with the need to only start getting ready a bit earlier as I have a few more things to get sorted with nets etc. Must remember to do that nervous wee BEFORE I get strapped in.
Suspension settings probably feel a bit conservative I think with the front toe probably worth bringing back to neutral as I get a bit too much push on turn in. The tyres are 7 years old so probably some gain there. I was thinking I would iron the bugs out and get some speed before putting on some fresh tyres but there is some argument to suggest I’d be better running new tyres to give me the grip confidence. As you can see in the video there's lots of places I can go quicker particularly Turn 1, Siberia and the RH sweeper. Im really tip toeing there and I don't need to but confidence is a bit lacking atm. The car really loads up nicely as you can see at turn 6. I have a bit more confidence pushing on the left hand corners.
Id never run the big track at MP so I was a bit overwhelmed but Im sure with seat time I’ll improve.
Big thumbs up to all the guys like Ash, Pete, Geoff, Jim, Mick, Mick S, John, Jim, Iyve and Co for making me feel welcome. Also great to see Wazza, Warwick, Ron and Paul out there having a gander which was nice too. Also thanks to Chris H for introducing me to the CAMS rep who is now helping me out to get my log book. Seemingly pretty easy now.
And lastly a big thanks to everyone (and there were many) who pointed out what my Naca duct scoops were and weren’t for clarity. Couldn’t have got through the weekend without their input.
Bring on round 2.

Round one
HI Mat . Yes it was good to see a smile on your face . Its all up and up now .
I might make a suggestion that you might check the Ackerman , I found some years ago that I had to move the arm inwards some 4mm each side which took it away . That was on a rack on the rear , I think yours is in the front at which you may need to move the points out .The locked diff on my Cobra gave me hell with lots of push around the trees at Winton Raceway Any way that's my two bobs worth . Peter Beehag would be some one I would talk to .

Thanks to Mick S I have the photographic proof I've thrown all I can at the ba$tard including blood sweat tears $s God and Mecca and anyone else that'll listen.
Net result is very pleased but more seat time required. In Perth again this week so I'm missing round 3 of A series but got to earn the coin to spend it!
