I have a lot of cage work to cut and make to fit but the top itself should fit like a glove.

Not really about the top, but finally boxed in the pocket in the roof so I can raise the hoist "most" of the way up. Bloody door opener is in the way so I cant quite get the full height with the roof on 1700 underneath, I can get 1800 with the roof off though.

I'm assuming you have a standard ceiling mount opener, if so you can install a shaft drive/mount opener and gain whatever headroom your present opener is taking up.

13 that's a secret! Call Reg and Backdraft and he may tell you.

Local hard top being painted here. Dunno who's though. Maybe Mr Bruce?

I don't know if these are the secret ones on the BD car, but they appear to be very similar:

I did a search for "spun aluminum headlight covers"...

It is looking likely I will be getting a mould made up next month. Obviously the fit should be perfect for a CR (with possible windscreen adjustment, but others may need to modify. Top would come as a bare shell (gelcoat outer and raw glass inside) and the outer skin of the hatch frame only. Same as was supplied to me originally. PM me if interested - costs would be pretty reasonable if we have a few people wanting one.

Any colour you like as long as its black.........(Although my fibreglasser can probably do any colour at a price)

It will only be a limited run - need to retain that air of exclusivity. If anyone in Sydney would like to take a look and trial fit of mine just send me a PM.

Top is going to the fibreglasser this week. I have spent a lot of time getting it flat as I can. A couple of coats of high build primer and block sanded to 600 with a wet sand at 800. Mould should come up nice I hope.
