He may have approached Chrysler, GM, or whoever else with the plan to power his Cobra, but you know what.....he ended up with Ford.
I agree that it’s our prerogative to make our car look the way we want, but that’s when you end up with kit cars....Pontiac Fieros made to look like Ferrari’s, etc. Pretty soon you end up with a conglomerate mess that doesn’t even resemble a Cobra except for the fact that it has 4 wheels and a door.
