Question Side Vent positioning??

Gday Guys,
Time to cut some Side vent holes in this body and trying to decide where exactly I should be laying them out!!??
Looking at the many pics available as much as they seem consistent they also vary as much!!
Is there a designated measurement or is it that's about right!!!!??

G'day to you too.
Mine's a 289, but I assume that the vent position is common between 289's and 427's.
If you would like some measurements, tell me where you would like the datums to be ...ie where do you want the measurements to be referenced to? Front of door for horizontal ?; vertical from ?

Gday Glen
I've mounted with tape roughly where l thought perhaps would be appropriate, though it seems to be one of the few items that does have any specific position that I can find.
Any and all measurements you could give would ve much appreciated.

I was going the Morrison route but decided to change direction and sold it to a fella locally and it's going in a high end Ranchero Show car.
Still thinking 445 Windsor ....or perhaps a Supercharged Coyote.

Yes, 445. Looks like a small block, goes as hard as a big block.

On my car, (a 289) the measurement from the front vertical edge of the door aperture to the edge of the radius on the cutout is 470mm.
The approximate measurement from the top of the fender to the top of the vent is 240mm, but this could be different for a 427 body as I think the fender shape is different.

Here’s a close up of CSX3022. This might help with a visual of the real thing...
