Wheel backspace

I am looking at buying 15 inch rims, 10 inches wide, with a 3 3/4 backspacing for the back end of my cobra. I also want to run 295x50x15 rear tires. How is that going to look with the jag rear end? I'm worried that that may not be enough backspace to keep the tires in the wheelwell. Anybody got this?
