I received a phone call at 2-15am on tuesday from the Victoria Police to inform me that my '95 Prelude SI had been found with 3 guys occupying it in Melbourne..I will add that this car was stolen 5 Years ago and is now the property of the insurance company........now i did mention it was F@$*?%G 2-15 AM did they care .... NO I'm half expecting a visit from them or a fine after my rather harsh comments at 2-15 AM..!!!any photos of the Honda.....have you made a choice with the cobra as yet..??It'll be great to see another cobra in Melbourne sooner rather than later.....Paul
Ps sorry about the ramble but someone had to cop it......

Hi Alvin,

Your idea of buying a RMC has merit. I purchased Mike Moores car about six years ago. It was the burgundy RMC. It was sold to a young guy in Geelong, Victoria and I think he recently re built it.

I particularly liked the car as you sit down low between the rails putting your head below the window frame top. I tried to get a few cobra kit manufactures to do the same with their chassis but without result. I had a few tell me to re - bate down into the chassis but felt this would weaken the rails.

Again I think the RMC way is not a bad way to go. If I could have afforded it at the time I would have purchased a finished car. There are a few for sale in Snaketails the Cobra car club magazine for low to mid 40's. A red RMC has been for sale for a few editions.

I have also seen a few in Unique Cars. Watch those WA car business adds in clour page sections I have seen a few in their adds.

Good luck what ever way you go. I think will enjoy the Cobra more than the Honda ( sorry Honda owners!!!)

Cheers

Bernie

Alvin, does it have go fast stickers written in Japanese and a 55inch exhaust. Coz that would bring you an extra $2.50 for it. (Ha Ha).

Hi Alvin,

I think you sent me an email last week requesting a membership form for the Cobra Car Club.
If that was you. it has been sent.
I would gladly include your car sale add in the next edition of Snaktales if you would like. (I'm the current Victorian editor).
That is if you are planning on becoming a new Vic cobra member?

Send me an email containing the add as you want it to read and I'll take care of the rest.

Jason
