Hi all,
Thanks for the suggestion re the spiral as this makes sense as the spiral would re direct the exhaust flow into the perforated sections of the muffler.
When I get a chance to talk to Jason - I have emailed him some pictures of progress - I will get them on here once he shows me how to move from my file across to Clubcobra
I have hot dogs in a single 600mm size each side.
After starting the car up I think they may be a bit loud. Sent them of to be coated anyway at VPC. Will need to make a new set with bigger hot dogs later if I find it too loud
Fire up -
Its amazing that once we realised that the engine builder had put a 302 cam in the 351 stroker motor how much of a difference the change in firing order made.
I started the engine and flames nearly reached the roof luckily I was not leaning over the carby. The boys suggested changing the firing order to a 302 and bang it started straight away and runs smoothly.
Cheers all. Must go
Bernie
