Here's the latest
Its been suggested I run a 36" hotdog in my pipe configuration.
I have printed the cone design/photos and shown them to the local welder
(Design protected/patented ) 
He has suggested I run a 1" strap shaped in a wave down the centre of the muffler length. This apparently creates a wave effect of gas and noise directed that into the body of the muffler.
He has also suggested heating the strap and cork screwing it to create the same effect. 
Any thoughts on these or any suggestions. Would prefer to keep the hotdogs as you can see in previous Postings - only now twice the length. 
Is he screwing with my head 
Can only try the two ideas to see which one works the best. Then I weld it all up.
