.... not until you mount a 5 point harness for me... I'll see if I can get Santa to bring me an early Christmas present I'll also get you to make up a set of shorty pipes before I go. Gotta make all the right noises while I'm there !

Any spare 17" Nittos lying around then?

Do you remember the harness slugs you welded into the chassis? I THINK there was provision for a single or double fixing point over the shoulder.... Which one do you have? Is it new enough to pass ANDRA spec? Most of the Tech inspectors are waiting for my car, remember !

I'm getting keen on the idea !

Red face good keen is good!!

Yep the belts should pass fine as long as they dont look at the date tag. (I will take them off.) and yes the mounting is allready there . just have drill hole thru floor for crutch belt.

GOt an extinguisher yet???? auto barn have the chrome ones for about 150. with my discount.
its just a test and tune they never look at the cars anyway. though yours may draw a bit of attention.

No - no extinguisher yet.... You knew I wasn't going to work on the car after it left your place. I didn't work on it while it was there, for that matter I like the idea of the chrome ones. I'll drop down there and have a closer look at one to see if they look like good quality units.

Bloody hell - I thought you wanted me to spend $30 to take the car out. What do we need now:

exhaust
extinguisher (and mounting)
harness (and mounting)
Avgas
tyres?
Cragar's PLM and 5 wire
Arm restraints
video camera mount
kill switch (for tech?)

Anything else?

Trust you Bernie...we were talking about " DRAG" as in car in a straight line thing.

We were not talking about " DRAG" as in your friend Mistress Louise

Tsk Tsk... forgive him folks...he is a southerner
