Building a car trailer

Hi Guys
I am getting ready to build a car trailer to take the cobra to the nationals and was wondering if anybody has or knows were i can get a set of plans that will meet the RTA requirements for Australia.

Just thought that I might ask because it might save me a bit of time.

Noticed someone selling plans for a tilt trailer in "Street Rodder" magazine. Its a tandem trailer with a pivot point at the front allowing the back to drop to ground level.

The plans were $75 US. Go down to the local library (newsagent!!) and check them out.
