100th peanut
11/9/04 Kingaroy, (Qld Aus) the home of australian peanuts is having its centenary.
They would like some COBRAS to do parade work in their precession --as in ferrying various dignitories and polititions--
Kingaroy a rural comunity is also known as WINE producing area and therefore some good times are to be had.
Anybody interested?????

What's the plan?
As long as I can have little Johnny Howard as the battery restricts any passenger with long legs.

Yve,
Love to turn up. However (there's always a however!)
We have a couple emigrating from the UK (in their 70's!!!) and they arrive at Brisbane Airport at 03.30 on that same day.
Will speak to the better half and see what we can do.
Thanks

Meet at BP Gailes 8am then Caboolture/Toogoolawah turn off (D'Aguilar hwy ) approx 8:30 then a spirited romp through scenic terrain to the destination of 100 year old Kingaroy for lots of festivity and good old country hospitality.
Well, we'll see you there then.

No you won't!
No gearbox and no fix until a week on Monday (cash flow - always a problem unless you're rich, especially when you're a lowly Sub-Contractor well down the chain).
Even had el-presidento on the phone finding some good looking Cobra's for some event tomorrow.
I said if you want a good looking one, why did you ring me?
He's just a smooth talkin bast!@d
Hey Les - Did he ring you? - a Magna's better than a Cobra without drive

Depends how you look at it Mike....
If its getting from A to B it is....
and as I would have to get to B the Cobra is as good as a chocolate fireguard.
However, other than that you are correct (of course)

Ok...Ok....The Magna is related to a rice burner.
But, It's turned out to be a nice car...well..for a daily driver anyways.
Mike... We all accept that the ultimate non-shelby cobra is a KMP.
By being a Magna owner I feel somewhat family with the KMP fellas.
Can you claim to drive a vehicle closely related to the KMP's??
NOOOOOO...of course you can't.
My theory is that the KMP's are manufactered in Poland in the same factory as a famous fighter aircraft.
The Magna is manufactured by a company which used to manufacture Japanese fighter planes.
So there....ner ner nerner ner.
My story and I'm stickin with it.
