Phil
I put Toyo Proxes T1-S 235x45x17 & 275x40x17 and from memory I paid about $280 & $470 cant be sure though. Not sure how good they are but great tread pattern and advised they handle well in the wet??

Leeroy,

Wont be long and you will know how good they are.

My first and current tyres are Falkan Ziex. These are definitely not suitable on a Cobra even if its a humid day.

Other Falkens may be fine but I will probably not try them due to my first experience.

Phil

No traction, no action...

Have a look at the sumitomo range too...

I bought a pair of Kumho Extanzia Supra rear tyres in 275/40/17. I then decide to go with 17x11" rims and fit 315/35/17s

The 275 Kumhos are brand new and have never been to rims. I paid a bit over $700 the pair but If any one wants them I'll let them go for $500 the pair.

They have been stored in the back of my workshop out of the sun so the compound should be fine.

Cheers

I run the Goodyear F1 Supercar tires. The grip very well. I have the 275/45 ZR 17 on the front and the 315/40 ZR 17 on the rear. Goodyear does not make the 315 anymore.
