Well allright then,

If a fire engine counts then so should a rocket engine.

The RD-270

Just stiring you up Pete, Didn't realise you were a bike nut. I'm a bit of a Yamaha fan myself and built this beastie a while back: XS650

Cheers

Mike,

Its amazing what you DON'T know about someone on these forums.

I have no interest in bikes and I'm not a NUT

Simply scoured through google to try and come up with some interesting facts. I thought the Daimler bike was pretty impressive if I don't say so myself - so I did learn something today!!!

The Yamaha looks spot on - you can tell its got teh Aussie Mike trade mark (PERFECTION)

And for 271cc lets take you to the 271cc Hickory Sprint Championship - WHAT?????

Mike - I'm not interested in sprint cars either Sprint Car

I used to have a "sprint car". The handbrake wasn't so good and if you left it parked on a bit of a hill you often had to run very fast after it.

273 the Chrysler Super Comando motor and the predecessor to the popular 318, 340 and 360 motors. didn't need the internet for that one

Cheers

Good to see your thinking outside the box there boxhead

Now 278 - hard one this one..........

How about an Ericsson in car charger (Model 278) for your Erricsson 278 phone.

Would look very nice in the Cobra

As tough as they come that number.

Guess 289 will come round shortly

278 278 278
