Anything happening this Sunday??
Hi all,
I'm planning on doing a cruise this Friday and Saturday, along the Great Ocean Road to Geelong from Nelson.
Sunday is free and I wondered if anyone was cruising anywhere..
Just a thought, as I have not been out for a week or so.
Just out of interest... I did hit 24,807 for the calendar year in the Cobra... ..re build needed already..
Keep me "Posted" if there is anything on this weekend - Sunday.
It will not rain as it only rains when I plan the cruise..
Cheers
Bernie

Doing it from the cafe balcony -RACV Rally Sunday 23rd
Re the R.A.C.V rally on Sunday the 23rd.
I'm heading down to Mornington to sit in a cafe for breakfast.
That way I'll get to watch the cars go by without getting caught up in that Rally traffic jam in Melbourne or following George and Mabel down the Peninsular Highway in their "T" model at 40.
Will be with Rob and Robyn Baker (black/white Cobra)
I will "Post" some times and cafe details once Rob Baker gets back to me. We usually wander over once the gate traffic jam up is over and have a look.
Keep you "Posted"
Bernie

on a three hour cruise..
Perhaps an hour or so up the Calder for breakfast/coffee etc.
I'm thinking about a run out the west towards Woodend or there abouts.
Could catch up with Cobra Club foundation member Mike Moore or Aussie Mike if either are about.
Are you there 'Aussie Mike' - come in..
Cheers
Bernie

Come on down, I'll be around.
I'll be in the shed working on the Cobra. Phil tells me there's only 72 sleeps till the Shelby fest so I'd better get cracking.
Cheers

I would love to be able to see your work in the flesh.
The pix you keep posting are fantantic......
I envy people that are good with their hands....
I failed metal work, wood work and technical drawing and my
tool kit consists of 1 phillips head,1 normal driver,1 rusty pliers
and a metric shifter!!!!!!!!
See you then......

Gotta leave him alone
Now if we all keep calling in on ye old Mike he aint gunna get it finished...
So if we let him work for the morning then call in later in the day and we give him plenty of notice, im sure he will be done for the day and even whip up a batch of scones for us to call in and enjoy.
Now let me think, so far 3 cobras, 3 drivers, 3 empty seats, cruising 300m's past Aussie Mikes place, guess who's not gunna get any work done.

9.00am at the Children's Hospital
OK where can we meet to head to Mikes?
My thoughts are at the Children's Hospital at 9.00am. They have a McCafe there.
We could head to the Calder Highway via Moonee Ponds..
Coffee in the Woodend area??
Back to Aussie Mike's for "Tea and Scones?? - very English
Bryan are you able to go on Sunday?
Cheers
Bernie
