That's good news. I sold my Yamaha Roadstar 1600 to pay for my kit. Kind of sad to part with the old toy but the anticipation of the new toy makes up for it a bit.
Cheers

I sold mine to a good friend so I at least got to see it regularly and ride it now and then. Unfortunately he got a hankering for a boat so he sold it a while back. we were talking about it the other day and thinking how much we missed it.
Here's a pic shortly before I sold it. That's my daughter Lauren at 8 months of age. She likes Daddy's shed and Cars 'n Bikes.
I did a fair bit to this bike. I built the fishtail pipes (I actually built about 5 or 6 different style exhaust systems and swapped them round to change the look). I polished the front end machined up the brackets for the spot lamps, machined up the billet air filter assembly and made a new number plate bracket.
One day I'd like to find a wrecked one and build a wild custom chopper.
No smart comments about my white legs from you Queenslanders either.
Cheers

How about from the Territorians?
Holy crap Mike, you need to get some uv lights into that shed of yours.
Just dont let the neighbours know or you might get a visit from the drug squad

Yep, she definitely gets her good looks from her mum. If any of my kids inherit my looks... lets just say they better have a good personality.
Cheers

Actually Mike...I was gonna say she got her good looks from her dad...cuz I'd reckon her mom has still got hers.
