LS1 tuneing tools
Hey there everyone, I was talking to Mike early today (pleasant suprise) and we started chatting about tuneing tools for LS1 engines.
Here is a link to one that looks like it could be some good gear, I think it comes from New Zealand, check it out and let me know what you all think, the one I am looking at is called FLASHSCAN

The software used by the top LS1 tuners in the U.S. is called LS1 Edit. If you're interested, I can provide source info or you can locate it on the'net.

Yeah LS1 edit is fairly well used and common over here aswell.
The difference with this new system is you can purchase it as a single user and appears alot more cost effective.

FlashScan looks to be a lot easier to use as well. The basic package includes logging and Wideband O2 support for US$699.
For that you get licences for two ECUs and aditional licences can be bought for US$99 each.
The tuning package is windows based and seems to have good 3D maps etc. Check out the screen shots on the webpage: FlashScan
Cheers.

I never thought to buy it as a group thing to share between us, could be the way to go.
As I have been sying to Mike, I have a guy in Darwin who can supply a tune to your ecu via this tool that is mafless and VATS switched off.

What part of 'G' are you from Dale?
I grew up in Barwon Heads and Clifton Springs.
I miss the place sometimes but DEFINITLY not the weather.
