Default Cleveland Motor Show

Any of you QLD guys going down to Cleveland this coming Sunday?

Its becoming a pretty big show with over 500 cars on display - all types.

I've been working full on since coming back from NZ that I thought its about time to get the dust off the Cobra and take it down for a show.

Even shodding it with some new tyres.

Hope to see some faces to those names

Cameron,

Not sure there is a link, but its at the Cleveland Showground and the local paper says cars start coming at 7AM with over 700 expected including classics, hot rods, customs, bikes, swap meet etc

Can get a little dusty if windy, but well worth the visit.

Plus there's a bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be parked with the other cars - mine's the blue Cobra with the silver stripes!!

I just dusted the car off, so I'll head over to see what all the fuss is about. Everyone's talking about it, so it should be a good show. I'll be bringing the Cobra in with a 65 SS Impala with a 13:1 compression, Avgas guzzling 500+ cubic inch big block. The local residents should be able to hear us both coming

See you all there !

Peter - I love how you can bring an answer back to the very basics.... "I'll be parked with the other cars". It must your quirky British ability to state the bleedin' obvious !

Beautiful sunny day for a cruise.

The show had a nice variety of cars.

The Grandview pub had ice-cold beers.

Can a Sunday get much better?
