Paul,

I have dragway halibrands and they look the part, but the machined centres do rip your fingers when cleaning - they are bloody sharp - saying taht they come up nice with some bowden's magnesium cleaner.

The best alloys are on the landcruiser - my kids say they are the easiest to clean - I'll have to try it!!

I think Tony's are 15" with those Yoki's on - very nice Tony

Default Rim Sizes

Mando,

Rims are Harry Witham's halibrand Replica's. Made here in Melb.

15x10in rear with 295/50's and 15x8in front with 235/60's. I went up 40mm in tyre width on the rear.

I got the wheels through Marty Govett who helped me greatly with the offsets and a couple of mods to fit the bigger rears. Doug Pearce also gets Harry's wheels or you could go direct to Harry if you know what you want.

Cheers

TC

They do look good tony, They look identical to the ones that Millaz make aswell

So PCC why dont you let the kids clean the cobra ?

Thanks for the help here guys but after many a phone call i have ordered some of OZwheels . They have just redesigned they pin drive setup and Peter is giving me a bloody good price to boot .
i have ordered them with raw cantres so i can polish but Peter isnt to confident that they will polish up all that fantastic so if they dont the centres will be sent to Geelong ChromeFX for so shiny stuff to be sprayed on

Regards
Paul

Car Lack 68 is the best stuff for chrome / paint - ultrashine for little effort.

Bowden's you can get at Autobarn or Bowden's Mail Order - works well on those mag inserts.

Awww shucks Blair

The Bowdens range of car stuff is available on line from the owners of Australias best car collection.

That collection is just north of Brissy and is not normally open to the public. Viewing is by invitation only. Bowdens invited the Qld. Cobra Car club for a day, here is the link from CC.

Bowdens

Do an Internet search for Bowdens and you'll find their site for car products.
