Default Sucumbed to the Dark Side

Well I hate to say me being a ford / jaguar / honda / BMW Cobra traditionalist, but......

I've been driven to the dark side!!!!

Having being quoted $22 for a Ford water pump bypass hose I went down to Supa Cheap and bought a GM one (commodore).

Had to cut it up a bit for the right fit - but I now have a Ford V8 with a crucial dark side part.

Mike - Am I allowed in?

You with your GM hose and Craig with his Chev rods I think we need to create an sub club to the dark side. With only a few GM bits though you're not quite dark enough so I propose we call you the "Dim Side"

Cheers

I have a GM alternator and a MOPAR oil filter. Is there a 12 step program for this.

How confused do you think my Cobra is. Lets see.

Chassis and body from Australia. Probably made from imported steel, glass and resin.

Engine made in Canada. Gearbox in Mexico. Front suspension from England. Rear suspension from Australia. Front brakes from USA.Shocks from England. Springs local.

Gear stick from USA. Windscreen frame from England. Glass now Australian. Tyres from Japan. Wheels made in Australia. Fan made in Australia with Chinese motor. Fuel pump from Germany. Instruments from Germany. Lights from England and Japan.

Talk about an identity crisis.

Phil 24 sleeps to go.
