Default Definitive Cobra Pictorial

Having picked up on another thread regards some of the Cobra originals, has anyone come across a pictorial publication (pictures speak a thousand words) of all or most of the original Cobra's?

There are plenty of publications with snapshots of some of the originals, but you would have thought Shelby might have a photographic record of most of the cars.

I know Dave Friedman was the official photographer for quite a while and he has captured some of them, but I wonder if there is a more comprehensive listing.

I'm sure the SAAC might have a pictorial archive, but for online content, I'd say that Computerworks would get my vote.
Go on - try him out. Pick a CSX number at random, post it here, and I'd almost bet he has a photo of it

I goosed on that one Craig - you was right!

CSX 3055 - thats a poser!

How about this - just picked my son up from work - windy going out (should have known).

The rain started on the way back resulting in a full 360 and still moving in the right direction.

The car felt so good and kept me in full control - no snake bite - that's jag suspension for you - NICE

CSX 3055 The only CSX coupe not to see a racetrack. http://www.secondstrike.com/Coupe/GhiaCoupe.jpg Not the prettiest car to be graced with a CSX number.

360?!? Did you try to kid your son that you actually meant to do it? You're a bad influence.....

Hmmmm

Simply too good - investigation work required!!!!

Andrew simply laughed his head off until it nearly fell off!!

Then again - he's already seen all sides of a tree in an Elise.

I said don't tell your mum - so I did!!

Guys

'Nedsel' on the forum is also an excellent contact. He is the SAAC archive keeper and historian having the SAAC register position.

A search will find his many 'Posts' and comments on original cars.

Additionally, the moderators on the "Forum" recently added small Cobra badges next to the names of the guys who have the original Cobras on the Forum.

If you see the Cobra badge they have a CSX numbered Cobra.

This includes the CSX later numbered Cobras.

Now that makes good searching when it quite at work. I do it all the time here.

Cheers

Bernie

Yeah - you have a "few" pics, just like your Kirkham will look "fairly" authentic when it's done.
