It is a shame that I cannot attend. It would have been nice to know what my car would have done in standard form. Sadly the WASP has been stripped and getting a little overhaul in the gearbox and engine department. Plus other places. Dougie Pearce is at it again.

Default Darkside a bit on the Lightside

Better get down to the speed shop cause at the moment lucky to pull the skin off a custard Currently a very standard Gen3 with MAF, hot air induction (air pod behind radiator) cats & mufflers to keep the EPA boys happy until it cools down. Might try to improve induction before 25th if time allows. Just happy to be able to drive it to Caufield at this satge. Looking forward to it

Talking The weather looks great for the day

Well the day is getting closer (the 25th to be exact)
and the places are filling fast.

We are limited to a maximum of 15 cars (I cannot cook
that much food also

So let me know via this site ( as some have done) or
contact me on the mobile.

It will be good to get a mix of Ford/GM products against
each other on the same dyno.....

See you there.........

Default How Many

Stiffy, what the go, how many are going, who's on the dyno ?????

I will be attending for lunch, probably a bit early for a beer, and will definitely be too cold

No point me putting the little shopping trolley on the dyno, have not made any changes since making 201 kw at the rear wheels at the last dyno day.

See you there

Snaken

Thumbs up Places are filling

Snaken and Others,

We are nearly at the maximum runners for the day...

So if anyone is still keen to come let me know ASAP

There is limited undercover parking for those roofless models
so dont worry if its a big grey outside.

The dyno is the rolling style so it will not take long to complete the
runs.......

Stiffy.

Thanks Stiffy for a great morning. Finally got the cobra out in public to get to the dyno day which was interesting. Well my stock LS1 with hot air induction and road going exhaust max. out at 245HP with 1000lb torque (170kph) not really sure what any of that means but I got a printout to prove it Discovered plenty of things now needing attention. Both doors dropped and chipped the paint, exhuast rattles, seats belts keep locking in and cant pull them out!! rear suspension still squeeks like buggery, instrument dash lights not working?? Otherwise fine Nice to meet up with all and thanks again Stiffy.
Leeroy.
ps/ Garrett have you paid for all the broken windows after you got off the dyno??

To Leeroy, I was just wondering how many hp/kw or LS1 makes @ the flywheel and therefore the amount of hp gets lost within your running gear? Just wondering cause I wanna guesstimate what my T56 will eat up.
