Default Calling all Victorian Dark Siders...

I'll be in Melbourne for the next month, so if any of you Dark Siders would like a tune (edit) now is your chance!

They will be at very special prices.... very special

If anyone is interested, call: 0402 427 308

Plums

I had mine tuned recently by GD automotive - Cranbourne. Only had a pod filter with long route to T/B in3.5" flex which they said was holding k/w's back. I am currently building new CIA setup straight in over a new PWR lower radiator which allow's plenty of room to bring lots of cold air in. So certainly would be interested to know if re-edit is necessary and if so would like to cathup. Where are you planning to do the tuning & do you have dyno access.

Cheers Leeroy

I haven't got a Dyno lined up, I figured if there was any interest I was just going to work it out while I'm over there.

To be honest Leeroy, if G&D have "built a bit of fat" into the program, there really shouldn't be any need for a re-tune. That said, you may stand to gain a few kW's and Nm (as little as 3 to as much as 10) from optimising the tune for the intake... It all depends how good your new intake is and how bad the old one was.

The beauty of these intakes does not show up on the Dyno, it all happens on the road (and strip)... Some on road tuning would be a good thing!

I assume you went MAFless???

EDIT: I just re-read your post. A 3.5" intake pipe would be holding it back, and if it's that wire supported convoluted type flexible pipe, I would definitely get it re-tuned...

I'd be happy to take a look at it, but chances are they have locked your PCM.
