It lives again
Just got back from a drive to check out the new carb.
Every thing seems to be working ok now after having a real brain buster as to why my engine would start, run rough and would not accelerate above idle.
Turned out to be a faulty coil that was causing the ignition module to shut down current to the coil.
There is a slight problem with the new carby, as there is a slight hesitation or bog when accelerating out of a corner.
But at least it now goes and a bit of carb tuning should make all well.
