To make a simple jig to cut the tubes--use a square piece just oversize of the header tube size--weld on a piece to clamp the curved piece--cut lengthwise thru the curve with a saw, turn over 90* and cut second side--they all should fit together perfectly--practice on mild steel, stainless is $$$$$
Cut back the joined end to the diameter you want, you will probably want to pretrim so the tig torch will fit in the opening

I've started just buying mine from down in Nascar land!!!

Default RE: Side pipes

Hi guys
Don't mean to butt in but on this topic I just thought you might like to see the workmanship of the guys at Liverpool Exhausts who made up the exhaust system for my GT40.
Given the limited amount of room they had to work with they did a great job and made these to my exact specifications and requirements.

Full stainless steel and ceramic coated.

Welcome to the Forum Dimi. Nice setup you've got there. How did you go getting it through the noise tests?

Cheers

Default RE; Small cats

Hi
Not sure what the cats were but they are stainless and were shortened to fit into the available space.
Oxy sensors were also fitted into the cats both before and after as per the stock Boss engine setup.
