Thanks Cameron,
Top Camera and Cameraman.
That was a three Coopers spin...took three Coopers to wash the dirt out of my throat.
The Cobra has had two washers already and I reckon another two will do it, then I can start underneath
Had a great weekend despite the tyre choice.
It was great to catch up with everyone...cant wait for Shelby fest.
Have you my gooo to wooooe photos as well or did Scott copy those to disc??
Thanks heaps,
Phil

Lot's of Go.... a bit of Whoa too
I have over 950 shots from the Nationals. A DVD is going to OzVenom with the contents.
It's amazing what you can achieve on someone else's tyres
Very Impressive

Excellent, Thanks...
I'm looking forward to seeing shots of the 'tank slapper' up the hillclimb
By the way Richard, great improvements on your times this year. 2008 will be very interesting on the track...

I'll put some money towards OzVenoms next AWD Cobra in return for a copy of the golden DVD, that is ofcourse if Sir Parsons has not Copyrighted his disc like Mr Gates!
Also is there going to be a DVD like last years of the weekends events that can be ordered through the NSW club?

The DVD is all still photo's. I didn't get video this year (too busy pedaling to keep up!).
I'm sure Scott would accept donations for copies.

A Chinese exact copy of yourself. Hmm that would be a worry, have you seen how they write their instruction manuals?
Cheers

As far as we are aware there will not be a DVD this year as they where not happy with the quality from last year! I must admit it was a bit tacky but a lot better then nothing!
I did notice someone recording the drags and not too sure if they were filiming any other events, but would have no idea where to start to ask who it was!

Well traditionally GT40's have been encouraged, dedicated trophies and all. All 3 x GT40's this year were from QLD. From memory we've only had DRB GT40's racing at Nationals, so your DRB will be right at home.
This year they were oversubscribed. More than 100 entries. I certainly hope they did not knock back Cobra's when they had sedans entered, regardless of sponsorship ties. In all honesty, I would also hope that they did not sacrifice Cobra numbers for GT40 & Daytona entries. If so, I would hope in future that all non-Cobra entries are treated as tentative and are used as filler if numbers are not met. And Daytona & GT40's would be given priority over other vehicles.
I certainly hope to have my GT40 at the Nationals next year. If I'm able to enter it. It's been 3 years since I've raced at the Nationals and I'm getting itchy feet.

Awesome I'll mark it on my calender then.
The event looks like heaps of fun and I'm more into driving then
showing, Love to look at nice cars. The trip from WA would be interesting.

Congratulations
Wakefield was fantastic this year, the organisation especially with a full field was conducted extremely well. The NSW boys and girls need congratulating.

That first pic in 400TT's post of Pneall is excellent. If that was me (instead of Pneall going sideways) I would be blowing that up to about 1m x 2m and hangin it above the TV!
Looks like some nice corner speed there.
