help! hard top rear window

Can anybody help me. I'm going insane trying to fit the rear window. Seems like only an octopus could do it.

In the states we have a mobile window replacement service and I ended up calling the Glass Doctor to intsall mine. I fought it for two days before yielding to my wifes suggestion "Why don't you call someone that knows what they are doing before you tear something else up?".

The guy used dishwashing soap and a flat piece of plastic about 1" wide and maybe 1/16" thick x 8" long to work the Lexan into the rubber. It took him about 30 mins.

Definitely good advice, call a mobile windscreen guy.

The only rear hardtop window I've seen fitted was by a windscreen guy.

At a a bodyshop I used to work in, we used washing-up liquid and garden strimmer 'blade' cable.
1.Fit seal to opening, insert strimmer cable into window recess, from bottom left corner, over the top & down right hand side.
2.Wipe around seal with soap.
3. Lay screen into the bottom lip of the seal, apply light pressure to the screen & pull the cable outwards at 30-45 degrees to direction of pull(easier with 2 people but can be done alone!), taking care not to pull on the length of the cable.
4. Stand back and say, "Wow.... how quick & easy was that?" I hope!

Thanks for the advice folks. I think I'll be calling the professional. I have just finished making side windows for my hard top. I will submitt a post with construction pictures in the near future.
