Hi all just found this driving DVD over on the Run N Gun site whilst I was planning my trip to thwe Midstates Raceway in October.

It's the best short instruction clip that I have seen on 'heel and toe'...

Some good footage there Bernie.

Know about the technique, think I've set up my pedal box to achieve it, now just need the blooming car registered to practice - can't wait!!

If you keep the brake and accelerator pedal at the same level, you should be ok - obviously reasonably close together..
