Talking My chassis has arrived!

Guys,
I thought I would post my first comments since joining a few months ago.

Over the past several weeks I bought a complete XJ6 Series 2 Jag for $700.00 and have stripped it down for the necessary parts prior to the chassis arriving. So at last I have it! Now the “real” work can begin. So, now comes the cleaning/checking and rebuilding of the running gear. I will post updates and images as more progress is made.

I have uploaded a couple of images for those who are interested.

Cheers Roy

It's a start Roy. I've been waiting 16+ weeks for my Street Beasts Cobra to arrive. I've heard every "promise in the book" of when I'll see it.

I'm using a 351W too. I planning on making it a Stroker, I haven't decided how big yet.

Good luck and we'll look for your proress.

Very nice ,looks very similar to a RMC chassis. Keep it a light colour, don't go black. the light colour will show up leaks, cracks and helps highlight all the other components.
Good luck Roy with your build.

RoyTheBoy

The lighter coloured chassis sounds good. You do see a lot of it under the bonnet/hood..
