It fits........................
Daytona UPDATE # 1,
Saturday and Sunday saw me at Doug's getting my hands
dirty . I was out of cheques
A bit of work and the new motor and tranny fitted without too much assistance from the 4 Pound hammer .
We also fitted the rear shocks and springs as well as the front rotors and calipers.

Looks good Stiffy. Had you already done the fuel and brake lines, etc?
Where did you source the engine/tranny from?

Clearance looks good. Is that a couple of inches above the plenum to the top of the rear edge of front clip we can see. How much real clearance do you have when the front clip is on, not sure how much it slopes at that stage?
Boy it's going to have some seriously refined mumbo with that engine.

I've got the same 'direct' suspension setup in my Cobra Stiffy. I call it low maintenance.

I found them to be great, no bump steer, no bottoming out, no body roll.
I just didn't like the way they made my teeth rattle.
