Passed Engineering
Hi All,
I'm over the moon having just passed the engineering side of my build.
Bernie at Enkelmans was fantastic to chat with and even better, he passed the car without any problems.
It has taken over 3 years of passing the beer fridge every time I needed a bolt, spanner or part.
Now the party begins and just in time for summer, paint may have to wait until winter.
Cheers,
Dale.

Dale, well done mate. To pass first time is a great achievement.
Yeah, the best time to pull it apart and send it off for paint is winter...
If you get a chance can you post some pics.

Great news Dale, Well done.
I might give you a call in the next couple of days regarding the Crapi, I mean Capri.

Well done Dale. I hope the rest of the compliance process is smooth sailing as also!
Did Bernie pass those side pipes or have you fitted an under body system?

Dale
Well done.
I too found Bernie very helpful and a practical bloke not too hung up by all the bull@#$* from our regulators and clearly very aware of the tricks and twists available by both builders and parts suppliers out there!!
Hope your VIN chasing process happens faster than mine seems to be doing!
Cheers

Thanks Guys,
Some pics below. Its sitting about 50mm high in the arse and 30mm in the front. Ended up going 15 inch instead of 17's. Also have a under body shot aswell.
These things are dangerous to drive, might have to get some track time up to see what it can really do.
Cheers.

Looks good Dale
I was looking through your gallery and noticed that you are running the MAF. Is it really connected or just a faker???

Bob,
I'm hoping its a faker, you did the program so I'll find out when I remove it.
Seriously, only put on for engineering to avoid any problems.
Sambo,
Seats are from Laurie Bongalas and ARD approved. Very comfie to sit.
Cheers,
Dale.
