Stephen, I'm planning on leaving fairly early Sunday morning, got to be at the airport by 10am. So if you are on the way, happy to give you a lift back on Sunday morning. See how you go with the lift up there.

No mate just car pooling as a good environmentalist or is that just a tight arsed Scot either way I'd rather go with company.

There's time yet, as I'd just have to lift my keys off the key hook to do what you suggest.

Hope to visit AUSSIELAND someday soon..I have to tell you that I'm a bigger fan of animals than I am Cobras and I'll probably be off visiting zoos and such...My picture to the left has one of my parrots in it...I rescue parrots by the way...I will fit in alot of Cobra time though and hope to meet all of you from the forum.. Seems I can't scrounge a lift so if anyone wants a lift up there and a long Saturday I'll be leaving Melbourne to get there around 8.30 - 9am and coming home some time that night.

PM me and let me know.

Cheers

Steve

Steve,
Sorry to hear the bad news. If there is one thing I have learnt building is that all things can be repaired. I'm not heading to SF either, so I can't help you there.

Despite the v8 rumble at the lights I've still had a few people cut into my outside lane at right hand (left hand for the yanks) turn lanes at the lights. As people say, it's the height of these things that causes problems. The solution is to do what bikes do, get out in front for all to see. Most people seem to appreciate it too

Last edited by NASSTY; 02-19-2008 at 04:26 AM.. Reason: added "outside" lane
