Default Wheels on Ebay?

Has anyone bought or known of anyone who has bought the wheels listed on Ebay from Venom Motorsport? Anybody dealt with this company?
HALIBRAND DAYTONA AC COBRA MUSTANG GT40 8"X10"X15" RIMS - eBay, Other Car Parts, Accessories, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 21-Feb-08 07:23:14 AEDST)

I was just wondering on quality and if any Harrison owners had ordered any?
The price seems okay...
regards

Mick

Mick, I looked into these and they can be made to fit the Harrison/Skyline rear end.

Edit: Not so sure about the seller's reputation any more!

I believe that if you do a bit of a search on this forum you might find a few differing opinions on Venom0427 aka Venom Motorsports...

Do some digging......

Slow427 got suspended for discussing his experiences with wheels purchased for a CR.

Hi Mick

I'm selling right now a set of wheels on this forum.
PhotoPost Classifieds - PS Engineering wheels 15" (Halibrand style) - Powered by PhotoPost Classifieds
They could be interesting for you.

Unfortunately I'm not living around the corner, but they can be shipped internationally.

Default Thanks

Thanks All for your contributions. The ad and price looked interesting and I vaguely remembered something about the vendor... So thanks again guys. I will resume the search for 17 inch wheels to fit the Harrison.

I already have the tyres from the tirerack.

cheers

Mick, have you looked into Millaz Wheels? Geof (07cob) was happy with them.

Pics here.

Mick,

They look like the same wheels sold by python vehicles
The Python's Home.
Is it the same company?

pezza

The link to The Python's Home is to another reputable dealer.

This is the site of George and Maggie Vidovic. They are well know Cobra enthusiasts who attend the Cobra Nationals. George is a keen enthusiast who delivers what he advertises and promises.

He often advertises in Unique Cars and Just World Cars. Been around for years. In fact the Premier of Victoria drove Georges car over the new Bolte bridge to open it.

The then Minister of Transport launched George's race team about 14 years ago.

I think his blue Cobra has been around for nearly 30 years.

So absolutely no problem with Python and George in Ferres/City Road, South Melbourne.

So don't link him with this other person..

Mmm and I'm not on the payroll..
