Default Safe travelling to Shelbyfest!

Just wanted to wish all those travelling to the Shelbyfest from around Australia a safe journey. Unfortunately I have already used up my frequentcobraflyer points completely rendering me unable to attend this year...again! .

For all the New South Welshmen, kick some a$$ and don't dissappoint me!

Cameron, I've organised to have someone sabotage your car! , giving everyone else a chance at something.

Richard, no driving Miss Daisy this year, get out there and show them who's boss!

Pete, well.....keep up the entertainment, you are certainly the one to beat in that department, bring home more trophies!

P Mizzi, take it easy, you know what I mean!

All jokes aside, please take care and most of all, have fun!

Looking forward to pics and videos, somebody, anybody, please take some so that we can all share.

Stef

Stef,

Aaah going to miss you...

What's Richard and driving Miss Daisy..

You know his profession requires him to treat and deal with vital personal parts. I would hope he takes care and thoroughly thinks it through prior to just ripping in there.

Mmm we are talking about similiar ripping in there and having a go..

Good to hear that you are lending the Cobra out as well, you certainly are a generous and thoughtful person..

I'll give it a test run also if you like...

I just got back from Shelby Fest. Simply a fantastic weekend and I wasn't even driving. Thanks Tony, Jason and all the other guys/gals for their efforts.

Missed the Sunday motorkhana, but got to check out some of the practice day and Saturday sprint action.

Ross Kaigg was the fastest Cobra, 1.39 I think. He also picked up a trophy in the regularity which is a fantastic effort.

Cameron Parsons was also his usual fast best and I think got the 2nd fastest time, if not was definitely up there. Cameron is still running on 15" tyres. If he ever changes to 17" he will be hard to beat.

I also thought the new Dial in Your Own(DYO) time worked really well. Great initiative guys.

I expect Jason or Tony will post the full results soon enough. I think they have earned some well deserved sleep first.

Yes, I too am now in Melbourne after a great weekend of catching up with old friends and alot of new friends that I have only ever spoken too via the internet.

If this weekend doesn't help to get my car finished then I am afraid there is no hope for me.

It was great fun watching the cars but at the same time it was hard just watching the cars.

Congrates to Tony and Jason for a fun weekend.

Hey Boxhead, and we only briefly got to meet...again.

We just never got a chance to get together and shoot the breeze.

Hopefully next time...are you thinking about another trip to the Nationals this year(with Cobra)?

Default Miss Daisy enjoys the ride

Hi Stef.
The Fest was HUGE. I still think my driving sucks but 2 seconds quicker this year
Budgie, as usual, was the best off-track entertainment.
"Fully sick, bro," as the Budgie would say

Default I'm impressed!

Rich, I for one, never believed what the others have said about your driving! Knew you had it in you! Congrats on the improvement, great feeling isn't it? Also a big Congrats to all of you and glad you all had a blast and got home safely, sounds like there was major lap time improvement for some of you. Wish I was there! Now....pictures please?

Stef
