Mmm a company store.

Rostering is not easy and I would say the message was not passed on.

I'm not a big fan of the 'Metime' as you live as an owner just hoping crew have read it and will turn up. Perhaps a little 'old hat' but I prefer to talk to my crew and them to talk to me. You guessed it I have had few problems..
