Yet another newbie
Hi guys
Well i've been looking on the site for quite awhile and thought it time to say G'day and get involved
I have a G-force roller (big block chassis) and L76 and Tko 600
Plan to fit motor and box shortly
I have had the chassis for over 2 years now and plan to have it on the road by end of year
I'm looking forward to picking everybodys brains

A G-force with an L76 and a TKO600!!!!
What makes ya think this would be a good combination?.
Who the hell would recommend this combination to any self respecting petrol head let alone to a cobraphile?.
I would that's who. you'd be the second in aussie land with that combo. perfect, absolutely perfect.
When ya wanna know where to get the right bellhousing give me a yell.
Cheers

Welcome Ako.
That's the basis for a fantastic Cobra.
Looking forward to seeing the build progress.

Rebel 1
The fuel tank you see in my gallery is an RCI unit it has no baffles fitted so i dont think i'll be using it
I plan on getting a ally tank made and fitting a factory bucket fuel pump feeding to swirl pot then Aeromotive pump to Aeromotive regulator all mounted in the boot
Acecob
Back of the class thats where the cool people are

Hi Ako,
Looks like you are full steam ahead.
Good engine combo, they even sway some of the most hardened ford fans.
Just dont rev it to hard

Not on the stock rod bolts at least.
I think the rods in the newer LS2 and L76 have been redesigned to be lighter and stronger. The LS1 rods have been know to fail if spun too hard but they are plenty strong otherwise. There's guys with factory stock LS1 bottom ends making 550HP+ at the treads with blowers or Turbos.
Welcome to the forum Ako
Cheers

Hi Ako,
I have the same chassis as you.
Looks like you're at a similar build point to me, although i've been building for twice as long !
Cheers
