Default The chev has pressure...

fuel pressure that is. finshed plumbing the fuel lines and throught I would test the system by hooking up the pump wires to a battery - all good (after a few hiccups) - no leaks and steady pressure at the fuel rails. Got fuel - all I need now is spark.
