My new Tin Top.
The time was right for me to get rid of my 2000 WH Statesman V6 which I purchased new and have done 117K of trouble free motoring in her.
I've been on the lookout for something that I could really fall in love with at first sight while I am waiting for my Cobra to be be finished. Tell me what you think of my new Grange! It has to be detailed yet.
I purchased it as a Demo model with 11,000 ks on the clock and $25K under new car price. It's 9 months old and absolutely immaculate. Used only by a Holden Chief Executive for travel to the golf course. Pick it up this coming Friday.
It has the 317KW LS2 engine and the 6L80E Tiptronic transmission. These are identical to what's in my Cobra. The Grange weighs 1,883 kgs and goes like greased owls poo. It's hard to imagine how hard the Cobra will go with only 1,200 kgs max. Bring it on.....
car looks the business. I would however be very interested to know the testing proceedure for the analysis of acceleration comps on the greased owls poo scale... I must admit it's a new one for me
Cheers
Cameron
