Little David was in his 5th grade class when the teacher asked
the children what their fathers did for a living. All the typical
answers came up -- fireman, policeman, salesman, etc.
David was being uncharacteristically quiet and so the teacher
asked him about his father.
'My father's an exotic dancer in a gay bar and takes off all his clothes
in front of other men. Sometimes, if the offer is really good, he'll go
out to the alley with some guy and make love with him for money.'
The teacher, obviously shaken by this statement, hurriedly set
the other children to work on some colouring, and took little David
aside to ask him, 'Is that really true about your father?'
'No,' said David, 'He plays football for Collingwood, but I was too embarrassed to say that in front of the other kids.'

Very good. There is a similar one involving Welsh rugby and a visit to the pharmacy ....

Little jonny
Its the start of the new school year and the class teacher was kinda hoping that all the kids and a good holiday and were ready for the new year. The 1st 4 days went well with surprisingly no drama from "little Jonny". Last thing on friday the teacher said to kids, "I'm going to give you a new word, and on monday I want you to use it in a sentence for me 1st thing monday morning, Ok so the word is Contagious".
So monday morning arrives and all the kids are ready to go, so the teacher first looks at Mary and asks her to stand up and use the word in a sentence.
Mary stands up and says "when I got home from school in friday, my mum said that my little sister has measels and its contagious". 'very good says the teacher. Next she asks Henry the class wiz. Henry stands up and says "when I got home on friday Dad said that my older brother has the mumps and its contagious". Very good says the teacher, and so it goes around the class until it gets to, yes you guessed it Little Jonny! She is a bit concerned, but, he has been very good for the last week, so she asks him "well Little Jonny what have you got for us ?"
Little Jonny thinks for a bit and finally says '"well on satdee went was goin into town and we's come to the big roundabout and a truck has spilt all his watermelons all over the road and me Dad looks at me and says Its gunna take some contages to pick all them up!
The teacher fainted !!

Hoz's this for a Buzz.
I have a 37 year old intellectually handicapped daughter who works in a sheltered environment. A couple of days ago, I took each of her work mates for a Cobra run and it was probably the best experience that I have ever had, The kids really enjoyed it too. We now have another 20 individuals who never knew what a Cobra was, but now they do. They all want T shirts with 'Cobra' on it. I'll see what I can arrange.

A husband and wife were having dinner at a very fine restaurant when this absolutely stunning young woman comes over to their table, gives the husband a big open mouthed kiss, then says she'll see him later and walks away.
The wife glares at her husband and says, "Who was that?"
"Oh," replies the husband, "she's my mistress."
"Well, that's the last straw," says the wife. "I've had enough, I want a divorce!"
"I can understand that," replies her husband, "but remember, if we get a divorce it will mean no more shopping trips to Paris, no more wintering in Barbados, no more summers in Tuscany, no more Jaguar in the garage and no more yacht club. But the decision is yours."
Just then, a mutual friend enters the restaurant with a gorgeous babe on his arm.
"Who's that woman with Joe?" asks the wife.
"That's his mistress," says her husband.
"Ours is prettier," she replies.

Not much between these cars. Would reduce the boredom and be nice to see some Porsches and other cars competing against them.

I like the old days when there were Jags and BMWs in there rather than a 2 car race.
The way I hear the rules look like they will be going it'll be a 1 car race with different body shells hanging on the outside. Car of the Future, the New Generation of V8 Supercars
I think they are all running Chev LS7 motors too.
Cheers
Michael

Involuntary Muscle Contraction
Professor Higgins at the University of Sydney was giving a lecture on 'Involuntary Muscle Contraction' to the first year medical students.
This was not an exciting subject and the professor decided to lighten up the mood.
He pointed to a young woman in the front row and asked, 'Do you know what your arsehole is doing while you're having an orgasm?'
She replied, 'Probably golfing with his mates.'

Hi all
I had a search and couldn't find any info on this but didn't want to start a thread on it. I was removing a few bits from the back of my car and was wondering about the reflectors..... are they an ADR requirement and if so what is the authorities justification for requiring them? I've got a few vehicles and none of them have reflectors. I'm guessing most probably fall off at some stage.
cheers

Yes they are an ADR requirement - if the other vehicles you refer to are production vehicles, then yes they do have them, almost always integrated into the rear tail lights.
They are so a parked car can be more easily spotted at night by an rear-approaching vehicle with headlights on, not that the justification matters ???

Thanks Ben,
I sort of figured that was the case but do the US cars have reflectors in the tail lights? If not are there any lenses suitable that incorporate a reflector? I wonder if a reflector will work through a normal tail light lense if used as the base.

I've never seen or heard of any Lucas "Cobraish" lights that have reflectors in them. Remember in the US they have far more lax laws with this sort of thing and I would guess Cobra replica's over there would not require reflectors....or 850mm seats....or side indicators...or underbody exhausts....blah blah blah
