Sambo, whats this 270Kw thingy?.

I'm told one of our CC members is well over 300rwkw with little more than a cam and springs.

Interesting. Where is the best place in Brisbane - Sunshine Coast to buy cats for my Ford 5.0L? I have a 2.5 header bore they will connect to. (I know that this is about the L98 but in an ecumenical spirit...)

Seriously Les, 270kW at the treads will be more than enough for me. I'm just as interested in sorting out the brakes and suspension and trying to keep it on the track.

Merv
Merv, they're not specific to GM engines. You can order the same cats as I did and you'll have them Friday. Give Greg a call at Sureflo Exhaust in Sydney - (02) 9829 3158. Very helpful over the phone and seems to really know his stuff.

I'm told they will add significant noise to your exhaust, in addition to the flow!

But Les... if I did that my Cobra would no longer pass the emissions test.

I reckon after it's registered I'll be saving for a nice paint job. I might even have narrowed it down to 3 or 4 colour schemes by then!
