Air Filters.
I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts about not running filters but using screens instead. I dont intend doing track work and the car will be used mainly at night and probably no more than 20 times a year.
Regards.

You are going to drive it no more than twice a month
All that work and such a great looking car.
I used to run filter socks in a similar situation. You fitted them over the outside of the screen.

The hose clamps are nothing, you want to see all the good bits like his thermostat housing!
Looking better everytime I see it Mando!

morrison injection
ive said this before, and copped a bit of flack from the chevy boys, but nothing beats the looks of a s.b.windsor with a morrison injection setup. the quality and detail of the morrison is superb, top choice mate, how about a few more close up shots to turn some of these darksiders green. cheers tomcat.

Think you might have dreamed that one Tommy boy, There is little doubt Mandos engine is one of the prettiest we have all ever seen. I doubt even the most die hard dark sider would suggest a modern chev could hold a candle to Mandos donk in the look department. It moves everytime I look at his pics. Just amazing.

Mando, is the number given in your post the telephone number? I can't seem to find a website for Morrison Injection....do you have one?
I like the screen filters. Do you mind telling me what they cost?
To answer your original question....I think the screens would work just fine....just stay out of dusty areas....they will keep the bugs out...LOL.
I would run them if I could fit some to my stacks.
Thanks
