Default C-Tek

A little more expensive but they are very good.

Recently bought the 3600 model from Kulkyne Kampers, $122 delivered.

They are supposed to be a really smart charger.......smart enough to get me to buy one.

Now that I am building a cobra, my boat battery keeps going flat.

The C-Tek should sort that for me.

Regards
Hogster

Jaycar do an intelligent charger for about $70.

It examines the state of the battery and then applies a charging regime which helps to maintain the battery, then goes into trickle mode. Happy with mine.

I'm going for the CTEK 7000 as it is capable of 16V for AGM batteries, which I have. It also has a supply mode to provide 12v power when you don't have a battery. $215 on eBay, delivered. The 3600 model is about half that if you don't need the extra features.
