auto styling cobra advice please

Hi Guys,
Need some info please, i have a buddy who has been working on a auto styling kit from perth for 10 years, i beleive it went through a few hands before he got it.
Im considering finishing the project, is there anything i should know or should i give it a miss, i figure running a crown chassis it wont handle that well, but it is cheap, so maybe worth considering.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Give it a miss or buy the project for the price of the components it contains that you will be able to transfer to a new kit from CR, DRB, G Force ect...
I would think that after you have completed it you would be dissapointed with the way it drives not to meantion lower resale value.
However, if you have the ability and the desire anything is possible!
