You should get one up for the Noosa Classic car show Craig - also on the 27th unfortunately. Hope it goes really well!

Merv, I really enjoy the Noosa Car Show. Great location, head over to the beach for swim etc during the day. Fantastic. Just too close to the Nationals for me of late.
Les, would be great to catch up with you. Fran is a really interesting guy, would be well worth the trip just to shoot the breeze with him.

Hey Craig, love to make it but, as usual, bad timing for me! Look forward to seeing you at the Nationals and meeting Fran as well.
See you there!

Hi Craig - thanks for organising the open day today. There are certainly some mouth-watering goodies in there at the moment. The alum chassis welder at RCR is an artist!

What 750hp said.
And it was very wise to hide all the hand tools. There were some bits I fell in love with which could have easily fallen off the displays and into my boot.
Extra marks to Fran for coming over to check out the Oz market.
Or is he currently wandering around Surfers enjoying the sights/sites?.

Craig - the Noosa Classic Car Show was brilliant this year with lots of new vehicles and a beautiful grassed area for presentation. I am sure that next year a car r two there from RCR would be well received, if u have the time. Some other manufacturers were there and got a lot of attention from the well-heeled crowd.
Cheers,
Merv

Wait til you see the Weber carbed 26x15" Avon shod GT40...
...or the biggest brake assembly I've ever seen on an ICV.
Oh yeah, and the Albins sequential transaxle in the same SLC...
...or the craziest Group C rear wing you're likely to see on a street car...
Lots to look at!

OK - you want proof?
Some looked a bit like this, but with much better shut lines:
...and Spook was down there hanging around race inspired cars in his new race suit, practicing his "Mexican Wave"

Practicing my Mexican wave.... You crack me up!!
Some lovely machineary. For me though I couldn't go past the dark blue and orange GT40 Replica. California Bill must have had knots in his stomach selling that car to put his stepson through college! Very very nice. I had the cheque book ready but nobody wanted to sell it to me!
Well done to RCR for helping to cantilever the negativity of the GEC!
