Default bumper arm mounting

what holds the bumper arm together? There are the female tubes that mount to the frame, and the female tubes that mount to the over riders or jack arms.
What holds the tubes together when they slide together?

Thanks, Jim

I drilled though the female and the male slider with a 1/4 bit and installed a 1/4 bolt with locknut. All it must do is keep the two parts together.
