Default Motor Mount Bolts

I have the small block motor mounts. Can anyone tell me the size of the bolt needed? I was told 1/2", but that is not going to fit. The hole in the mount welded to the frame is smaller than the slots on the mount. Did anyone else run into this?

I have a 351w in my B+B. I got the part number for the rubber mount from Bryan. Went to local auto parts store that handles parts from that company and they told me that the number doesn't exist. Called Bryan back and got it from him. When i got the mounts I took them back to the parts store. They still don't understand why that number doesn't come up! I got my motor out of a 32 Ford street rod. Mounts that were on the motor didn't fit the ones on the frame either! New ones no problem. Jim

Problem is, I got both the mounts on the frame and the rubber engine mounts from Bryan. The size of the bolt that will fit snuggly into the tube on the mount on the frame is large than the size of the bole that will slip through the two ears on the engine mounts. I called B&B, and they said to drill the mount. This worries me a little because it will take away the ability to level the engine. I am hoping I am not the only one with this problem.

Thanks for you help,
Tom
