Default Extra parts lying around?

I just noticed that a fellow B&B owner has some parts up on eBay. If anyone has extra parts lying around, send me a message. I might be interested in putting some cash in your hands for them. I am building my kit by buying parts from B&B as I need them. Everyone, especially myself, deviates from their original plan and ends up with a stock pile of parts. Might as well use some cash from those items to pay for your next upgrade.

... check the posting date... 2002.

I think I am the only person who started in 2002 and is still building.

OBTW, I am cool for headers.

Hey John,

How ya been?? I was up that way in August for a week, staying over in Clarkesville and Hiawassee mostly. I started in March 2003 and I'm still building. Hope to finish late this year or early next year. Good catch on the posting date...LOL.

Take care, Earl

Hey Earl...

Hope the family was well and you were able to do some sight seeing or at least walk the square in Dahlonega...

We are doing great in N.GA... sorry you were here during such hot weather. It is the one part of the South I could do without... but then again, it beats shoveling snow.

I am moving right along with the Cobra... within a month or so I should be able to show off a chassis with leaf-spring supension and assorted other stuff. That along with the body and the do-dads I have collected you might just be able to recognize a vehicle...

Thanks for asking.

Default Extra parts

Hi.

Last year I bought a Midstates that the owner started in 1994. I'm hoping to finish it this fall.

I have a number of things that I won't need.

1. 0-120 VDO mechanical speedo, Series 1 style. Brand new but the trip knob got lost someplace. I decided to go with an electronic speedo. From Summit. $100.

2. LeMans style gas cap with spin on bottom plate (goes on the car), and 2" filler and plate (goes inside body) with 6-hole gasket. Both plates need to be drilled. I think it's the one from http://www.cobranda.com/exterior.html. I decided to go with a locking cap. $120

3. Glove compartment. Decided my wife needed a heater more. Brand new from Finish Line. $145.

Probably have some other items in boxes.

Lemme know.

Take care.

Jeff
