Come off your battery ground with a 00 gauge battery cable through the space between your fuel cell and your frame. My cable was about two feet long and I grounded it to the 2" box frame behind and above my axel. Be sure and grind off a clean spot for your ground and drill and tap a 5/16" hole for your 3/8" bolt. I also used rubber cable clamps to keep the cable taunt under the car.
As far as your cut-off switch you don't need a ground. Mine is mounted on my dash below my toggle switches. My positive battery cable runs from my battery over the shelve in my trunk and through the back panel under my carpet at the base of my tunnel up to the switch. From the cut-off switch I ran a short piece over to my solinoid that I mounted on my inside firewall below my wiper motor. I also mounted a covered shut-off switch for my electric fuel pump just to the right of my battery cut-off switch.
I hope I have been of some help and not confussed the issue.
Good Luck.
Clois Harlan
