Tonneau Cockpit Cover

Hi,

Do you guys recommend a Tonneau cockpit cover. I was thinking of picking one up.

If so, do you know a good place to pick on up. I found plenty around but they have outrageous prices for a piece of vinyl.

yes they are ridiculous.
Mine- 2 yrds of good vinyl; about $15. $ 5 worth of grommets from a boat supply house. Talk the wife into about 45 min of sewing--done. The most expensive part was taking her to dinner for her sewing

If you can do it yourself, you can buy the vinyl and snaps. I'm not that good with it, so I had an upholstery shop that makes these things for boats and pickup truck beds make one for me. $300.

In cool weather, the tonneau with the passengers side covered keeps the heat in for driving so I don't have to put the top on. Parked, it keeps the cockpit protected.
