Will I fit???
Hey all you B&B owners. I was hoping I could get some advice. I'm between 6'1" and 6'2" and I just want to make sure that I'm going to fit before I buy one. It's a lot different hearing a salesman tell me that i'm going to fit versus somebody saying "I'm 6'2" and I fit into my B&B kit." Any help that you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Well, let's see. Considering Bryan and Barry are 6-2 and 6-3, when I install the seats and adjust the pedals for someone tall, I have one of them try it out. Even if you have a long torso or long legs, I can make adjustments to fit you in comfortably. Now, if you're 5'-0" and weigh 350 lbs, we're going to have a problem with width.

There is lot's you can do, I am 6"4. Start with the seat by taking it off any tracks, then you can go to a smaller diameter steering wheel...
In my Kirkham we dropped the footbox 4" and took the seat off the tracks, plus I took some of the padding out of the seat...It fits me great now
I do not know WhY don't they make these toys in MAN SIZES?

" I do not know why don't they make these toys in MAN SIZES?" They do.....in a 90" wheelbase car. Had a gentleman 6' 6" who was 230-245 lbs in our car at the St Louis WOW. His eyes were a good inch and a half below the windshield and his knees were an inch or more below the dash.

thanks for the advice. the only problem I face now, is that I need to find one to build. if anybody has any information on any b&b kits for sale please let me know. I would rather it be incomplete because truthfully I don't think I could afford one completely built.

Hasn't there been a couple of incomplete kits offered for sale lately? I could have swore I've seen at least two recently. Last one was on e-bay and going WAY cheap for an "almost" ready roller stage kit the guy wanted out of!
,,,,,I'll see if I can find that link. Might be gone now, but the point is, they DO come around from time to time. Gotta LOOK for them. Hang wiht the Club, when one is out there it WILL be talked about here!

OK,,,heres the thread link. Discussion centered around wether this sale is "real" or what????
Am I Missing Something Here
At that price and IF the deal is "real" you will not find a better one!
DAM, I just noticed the KIT in question here IS a B&B. Sounds like "nature" is talking to you man!

Hey there...I have put my fat butt in Brian's car as I had the same questions. I am just over 6 ft and 265#'s...very comfy. The trick is learning the "correct" way to get in and out of it...

That's pretty impressive. First hand reviews from cobra members. I have to admit I am rookie with cobras but joining the club was the most helpful thing that I 've done. I'm not trying to get soft on you guys but thanks for all of the information that you have provided.
