Default '87 manufacturer research

I bought a replica from a car museum which was built in 1987 and cannot run down any history or who the manufacturer was. It was allegedly built for the owner or director of the Charlotte Motor Speedway but noone I spoke with there has any recollection of it. The VIN # is BD21584, it has 1973 corvette running gear and it was last wholesaled through M&M transfer. Anyone have any advice?

Thanks,

George

George:
Where in Fl. are you located?? One quick guess would be an EM, as they can be built with Corvette suspensions.

A few pics of the car, especially the dash, door hinge and firewall area will help I.D.-ing a brand

Whats the wheelbase measure??
External trunk hinges and gas filler in middle of hinges are unusual. I'll you know if I come up with anything.

New photos are posted so hopefully the door hinge and dash views will help. Thanks again for all the interest and help.

That is the longest Cobra replica I have ever seen. You might try Curt Scott of cobracountry.com. He profiles all of the manufacturers for a living....
